Carved Flute
This superbly carved flute is also available in several keys. With even more choices for magnificently hand-carved animal heads, this flute is not only a piece of authentic Native Americana, but it makes for a unique and distinct mantle piece or keepsake. And of course, it plays beautifully as do all of the Spirit Wind flutes.
Choose from the available styles below. Keep in mind, some of the styles do incur an extra fee due to more complex carving. (note: The elk carving is done in the wood choice specified, however the antlers are made from real elk antler.)
As with the traditional flute, the carved flutes also employ a construction technique that is historically accurate.
Each Key can also be concert tuned for those players looking for a perfect sound. Every flute has it's own personality within the Key it is tuned to, as the traditional construction process does not yield 100% true concert sound.
Each flute will come with an instructional booklet that allows the user to learn the basics of playing music and pointers on creating original songs.
